Ben Lawley - Area Director of LTYL
Ben and his wife, Rachel, both graduated from Baylor University. They met while being volunteer Young Life leaders in Waco.
Ben has been spending Monday nights singing songs, playing ridiculous games, and hearing about the GRACE of Jesus at Young Life Club since 2013.
They have a daughter, Gwyneth, and a son named JW.

Avery Edwards - Staff Associate
Avery joined the LTYL team in the summer of 2024. She graduated from John Brown University in Arkansas. Avery has a history with Young Life that spans a lifetime.
She served as a volunteer throughout her tenure as a student at JBU and eventually joined the Young Life staff in part-time capacity while still a student.
Avery is full-time and works directly with our Young Life and WyldLife Ministries.
